Description
Pulseway Agent (often referred to as Pulseway User Agent) is the endpoint component of the Pulseway remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform. Installed on servers, workstations, and network devices, the agent collects system metrics, monitors services, applications and processes, and reports real-time alerts to administrators via the Pulseway cloud and mobile/desktop consoles. It enables remote management tasks such as patching, script execution, and remote desktop connections.
