Nettalk is a Voice over IP (VoIP) application that allows users to make low-cost or free voice and video calls over the internet. It also provides features like call waiting, conference calling, caller ID, and voicemail. Users can use the service on their computers, smartphones, or through Nettalk's Duo, a device that connects directly to a router and enables regular phones to be used for VoIP calls
