Windows Mobility Center
Description
Windows Mobility Center is a built-in Windows utility that provides centralized access to commonly used mobile PC settings such as display brightness, volume, battery status, wireless, presentation mode and external display controls. The mblctr.exe executable is the launcher for this control panel applet, typically found in C:\Windows\System32, and is intended to make it easier for laptop and tablet users to view and adjust hardware- and mobility-related settings quickly.
