Description
LIB (lib.exe) is the Microsoft Library Manager utility included with Microsoft Visual C++ and Visual Studio. It creates and manages static library (.lib) files by combining object files, exporting symbols, and performing other library management tasks used during the build and linking stages of native Windows C/C++ development.
