Description
Adobe Flash Player was a browser plugin and runtime (version 11 being a major release series) used to play multimedia content, rich Internet applications, animations and browser-based games encoded in the SWF format. It enabled streaming audio/video, vector graphics, ActionScript scripting, and supported multiple plugin interfaces (NPAPI, ActiveX, PPAPI) across desktop browsers.
