Description
AZtecCrystal is a crystallographic analysis module within the AZtec materials characterisation software suite from Oxford Instruments. It provides EBSD-based orientation mapping, phase identification and advanced crystallographic analysis for materials science applications, integrating with SEMs and Oxford Instruments detectors to index diffraction patterns and produce grain/orientation maps.
