Windows Remote Assistance
Description
Windows Remote Assistance is a built-in Windows feature that lets a user invite someone they trust to view or control their PC to provide help with troubleshooting, configuration, or training. The helper can see the user's desktop and, with permission, take control to diagnose and fix issues; connections are established using an invitation or Easy Connect mechanisms and require the user's consent.
