Description
Windows Remote Assistance is a built-in Windows feature that allows one user to invite another to view or temporarily take control of their desktop for troubleshooting and support. It uses an invitation mechanism (or Easy Connect where available) and requires the local user's consent before a remote helper can view or control the session.
