VB-AUDIO is a Windows application that allows you to mix and route audio between any number of virtual audio devices. You can create virtual audio devices that combine the output of multiple applications, or create chains of virtual audio devices to create elaborate audio routing schemes. VB-AUDIO also includes a powerful audio recorder and player, and can be used to monitor audio input and output.
