Quick Assist is a built-in Windows application from Microsoft that enables one user to give or receive remote help by viewing or taking control of another Windows PC. It is designed for quick, ad-hoc technical support and troubleshooting, allowing a helper to generate a security code that the recipient uses to establish a remote session.
