How to Manage Database Backups
The database of your local software stores all the essential statistics, and it's crucial to analyze your computing trends. To help you with this, WhatPulse Premium offers automatic database backups that are retained for up to two months. If you have backups available, the WhatPulse software will prompt you to restore them when you log in.
Additionally, you can manage your backups conveniently on the WhatPulse website by accessing the database backups section under your account dashboard. Here are some crucial points you should keep in mind while managing your backups:
Viewing Database Backups: Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on "Database Backups." You'll then see a full list of all your backups.
Downloading Backups: To download a database backup, click on the "Download" icon for the backup you want to download. Choose where you want to save the backup file, and click "Save."
Deleting Backups: To delete a database backup, select the "Delete" icon for the backup you want to remove. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
That's it! With these simple steps, you can easily manage all your database backups.
