Autostart WhatPulse 3.1 without Confirmation (Win10)

In opposite to https://whatpulse.org/forums/showthread.php?tid=7934 WhatPulse is running fine on this machine, but I need to confirm to start it in elevated mode after each reboot.

What's the cleanest solution to do this automatically (start it elevated, but without manual confirmation needed) when I reboot?

I'm using Windows 10.

Any help would be appreciated!
