It's behaving normally now.

The keycounts for 'today' and 'yesterday' on the input tab are completely incorrect though, and its also had trouble capturing keystrokes (but not clicks) in fullscreen games (this wasn't an issue before).

I am using the beta Client on Windows 10 technical preview.
After upgrading to current build 10049, traffic is not counted anymore (WinPcap is installed).

After a Windows upgrade, you're most likely going to need to reinstall WinPcap. Same goes for OS X and Linux.
