Dynamic Image didn't work

I tried to make a signature/dynamic image to use on various forums including this one, but it didn't generate an image for me. I created the following in the signature creator:



But when I go back to the dynamic images page, I see this:



And that URL doesn't work that it shows me. I tried replacing the user ID number with my username, searchbuzz, but it still didnt work. Not sure what the issue is.
