Wireless USB Adapter Interface Not Recognoized
I use a Wireless USB Adapter, and currently it is un-detected by WhatPulse.
Hopefully this will be of use. Due to not being able to post links, here you are. ![]() ![]() |

[21/10 19:55:24] <@smitmartijn> could the people with unrecognized network cards run this (https://dl.dropbox.com/u/7766970/windows-get-nics.exe) and screenshot me the table it presents?
[21/10 20:15:02] <@smitmartijn> put it in the same dir as wp Basically, download that .exe, put it in the same folder as WhatPulse (probably C:\Program Files (x86)\WhatPulse), run it, and then screenshot the results (making sure every column is fully visible). |

Wireless USB Adapter Interface Not Recognoized
I have a ICIDU Wireless USB adapter 150n that's not recognized. And i also have in my laptop the Atheros AR5B93 Wireless Adapter that also doesnt work.
I wonder how this comes, it wouldn't be efficient if you have to manually adjust the program for each wireless adapter there exists.. |

I don't have to adjust the client for each wireless adapter, don't worry. ;-)
It's Windows marking the adapters with specific flags the client checks for to exclude tunnel, atm, software interfaces and some more stuff. Basically for 2.0b6, I switched adapter detection to another method, not really listening to Windows anymore but doing it for ourselves. |
