The last time I tried to use a Windows hook as the keycounter core, some people experienced some kind of "lag" on their systems...the Windows hook was quickly removed and it was no more.
However, the new keycounter core is simply the best way of keycounting. So, there's a WhatPulse and WhatPulse-Nolag from now on.
The WhatPulse one is the best one (new keycounter core), en WhatPulse-Nolag is the DirectInput one. Just to let you know if you have problems with a kind of "lag" with the normal WhatPulse one...try the WhatPulse-Nolag one.

We still need an extra linux developer, see last post.

What is it what makes the Windows hook counter so much better that I may want to use it?
There's a simpler way of counting each key. I would assume this is for server purposes only.
Visceroid: It's accuracy is alot better. Instead of checking every xx seconds if there's input, the program is notified by Windows when there's input.
Will there be two programs or can you switch between modes? Perhaps add some "game detection" for automated switching, or enable users to select which mode to use when a certain program is started.
Making it a switch option is a good idea...I'll see what happens.
I wasn't having any problems with whatpulse,no lag at all.Does that mean I don't need to download the nolag version or is it necesarry?
Why i can't Pulse!? When i Pulse! the server msg will pop out with " Activity Throttle Breached. Pls wait an hour or so." Is it i need to install WhatPulse nolag version?
No,you need to type less, you have too high keys per second(although that is kinda weird,do you type with your hands and legs together?)
The lag one is causing quite extreme lag here. Running XP (SP1), 512MB Ram, Celeron 2.4Ghz. It delays the keys I press in programs by a second or two (A real no go).
