The server we are on had some problems with it's clock yesterday and the night before causing the database to, simply put, freak out. One of the symptons was that every users had the same keys/clicks.
A backup was restored, however the backup was of friday, before this happened, so some keys/clicks may have been lost.
The hardware that caused this problem has been replaced, and it hasn't happened since.
Our apologies for this weekend, something like this shouldn't happen again.
