There's a mIRC scripting available for download/use now, with this script you can fetch WhatPulse statistics off the website, and display them in IRC.
I am looking to port this script into other languages so that different clients (besides mIRC) can use it aswell, although I am going to need your (yes your!@# 
) help in deciding which clients, so post a comment with the name of the client you want this script ported too.
