Yes, one simple rule so far: You're only allowed to submit the keys you generated yourself, with your own two hands. This means you're not allowed to have other people use your account. (So shut WhatPulse down when someone else wants to use the computer it's on).

This also means you can not use other programme or methods to generate more keys or clicks.

If you own multiple computers that only you use, you can set up Pulse Profiles for youself.
